You film a throw and send it on Onform. Your coach draws on it, points out the one thing to change, and you work that fix until the next review. Monthly gets one review a month, Weekly gets one a week.

Josh coaches the full game: form, the short game, strategy, and everything in between. Mikey coaches backhand form, and only backhand form. Pick the lane that matches what you're chasing. The tiers and prices are the same either way.
