How a review works
- Film one throw. Phone to your side, hip height. A net in the garage counts.
- Send it on Onform. Your coach gets it in their queue.
- Get it back, marked up. Drawn on, with the one fix to work, not ten.
- Do the reps. Send the next one. Each review starts where the last left off.
