Welcome to Overthrow Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any Academy content or coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Academy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. Minors may access the Academy only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Academy offers subscription-based access, including monthly and annual plans.
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued. Annual memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
All content within the Academy, including videos, instructional materials, written content, graphics, drills, and course structures, is the intellectual property of Overthrow Disc Golf.

We do not guarantee specific results, including distance gains, competitive outcomes, or performance improvements. Results depend on individual effort, physical condition, and external factors beyond our control.
Disc golf and athletic training involve physical activity and inherent risk.
By participating in Academy drills, training sessions, or instruction, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including potential injury.
You agree that Overthrow Disc Golf, its directors, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation.
If you have a medical condition or injury, consult a qualified medical professional before beginning training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overthrow Disc Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Academy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
